This is a full outside sales role that combines relationship-building, technology-driven presentations, and consistent closing opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations using a structured, iPad-based sales presentation * Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and professional development * Design customized bath solutions using proprietary sales and design software * Present pricing clearly and confidently while closing sales at a high level * Maintain professionalism and follow established sales processes Qualifications * Prior in-home sales experience within bath remodeling or home improvement preferred * Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills * Confident presenter with the ability to build rapport quickly in homeowners’ homes * Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset * Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment * Reliable transportation and local to Central New Jersey * Outgoing, articulate personality with strong closing instincts Compensation & Opportunity This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, where income is directly tied to performance and experience.
