Responsibilities Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages Lead café operations during assigned shifts Assign tasks and provide direction to café team members Ensure drinks and food items are prepared according to our recipes and quality standards Greet customers, take orders, and resolve customer concerns professionally Operate the Clover POS system and process cash and card payments accurately Monitor product inventory and communicate restocking needs Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café Ensure food-safety and sanitation procedures are followed Assist with training new café employees Complete opening and closing duties Balance the cash drawer and report discrepancies Keep service running efficiently during busy periods Communicate operational issues to management Qualifications Previous barista or café experience required Shift-lead, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred Experience preparing espresso-based drinks Strong customer-service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and comfortable taking responsibility Ability to guide team members respectfully and professionally Strong multitasking and time-management skills Basic math, cash-handling, and inventory skills Familiarity with Clover POS is a plus Latte art skills are a plus Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
