Security Clearance: None/Not Required This person is responsible to maintain quality assurance requirements as established by the Quality Management System (QMS) regarding products manufactured at the site and vendor supplied parts. What You Will Do: \n • Issue and return gages and fixtures Performs prepackaging and packaging functions\n, • Obtains necessary stock, fixtures, tooling and gauging\n, • Performs audit function in support of operator certification Performs in process, final inspection, RMI, CMM and Rockwell hardness testing\n, • Performs computer transactions\n, • Moves parts to, from, within module\n, • Cleans inspection equipment\n, • General housekeeping\n\n Qualifications We Require: \n • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably technical school background, and demonstration of basic educational competencies (reading, writing).\n, • Blueprint and routing reading and comprehension\n, • Competent with hand tools and experienced with measuring equipment\n, • Basic computer skills such as log on, data entry and retrieval\n, • Obtain certifications and qualifications required to perform job\n\n Qualifications We Prefer: \n • Enjoys working hard and does what is necessary to get the job done; energetic and enthusiastic for the things he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum amount of planning; seizes more opportunities than others.\n, • Identifies and recommends process improvements.\n, • Effectively copes with change, able to shift gears comfortably.\n, • Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.\n, • Relates well to all kinds of people, effectively works as a team member to meet customer expectations and team goals.\n, • Builds constructive and effective relationships 2 with co-workers.\n, • Successfully trains and assist others. The salary rate provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
