Your Impact Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Spokane, Washington area. Core Responsibilities • Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems., • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment., • Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment., • Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services., • Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports. Core Experience • Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required)., • 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)., • Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards. • Candidates should reside in the Spokane, Washington area., • Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion., • Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure., • Occasional overnights required-company pays all travel costs and provides per diem., • Driving to remote work sites as needed., • Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors., • Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
