Job DescriptionDescription: The Support Engineer is an entry to mid-level position at TriCore. Support Engineers are responsible for remotely troubleshooting, using a variety of automation technologies and platforms. These technologies are deployed for the control of automated manufacturing processes. Service Engineers spend most of their time and effort communicating with customers, troubleshooting their issues and documenting those efforts. This position is best described as technical support for customer production, cleaning, data collection & reporting systems. This position is a corporate position, regardless of the engineer’s location within a region. Work will be executed with a multi-discipline engineering team. This position requires acquisition and knowledge of engineering skills and technologies.
