Job Description JOB SUMMARY Under the clinical supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has completed a board-approved supervision course and has a minimum of three years of experience, or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential, the Telehealth Clinician serves as a key member of the treatment team. This role is responsible for providing mental health counseling, screenings and assessments, psychotherapy, and care coordination in collaboration with Eva’s Village’s Psychiatrist and/or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN). Significant decision points shall include, but need not be limited to, the transfer or discharge of a client, changes in medication, and any significant change in the client's condition or situation, including, at a minimum, adverse reactions to medications (N.J.A.C.-10:37E-2.4), • Review the service plan with the client at least every three months for the first year of treatment and at least every six months thereafter.
