The Program Manager is responsible for designing, and implementing program policies that enables us to manage the day-to-day operations of our in-facility programs. Job Description Job Purpose The Day Program Facilitator provides direct support to clients who participate in the Day Program including developing and facilitating groups, as well as, individual support. The facilitator documents all information required to determine the client's progress towards the achievement of group and individual participant goals.
