About the Role: As a Registered Nurse (7PM - 7AM) within the Health Care industry, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various clinical settings. Your primary objective will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans to promote optimal health outcomes. You will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing wound care, while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Additionally, you will serve as a patient advocate, educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care to empower informed decision-making. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of care quality and patient satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state or jurisdiction., • Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)., • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification., • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree., • Advanced certifications such as Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) or Wound Care Certification., • Experience working with nurse practitioners and interdisciplinary healthcare teams., • Knowledge of patient advocacy principles and healthcare education methodologies., • Provide direct patient care by assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, and administering prescribed treatments and medications., • Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, medication usage, and health maintenance strategies., • Advocate for patient needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and dignity are respected throughout the care process., • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update individualized care plans., • Document all nursing interventions, patient responses, and clinical observations accurately and timely in medical records. The required skills such as direct patient care and psychiatric nursing are fundamental to daily nursing activities, enabling you to provide hands-on treatment and monitor patient progress effectively. Patient education skills are essential for communicating complex health information clearly to patients and their families, fostering understanding and compliance with care plans. Patient advocacy skills empower you to represent and support patients' rights and preferences, ensuring holistic and respectful care delivery, while collaboration with nurse practitioners enhances coordinated and comprehensive healthcare services.
