    Job description: The Supervising Prevention Consultant is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing prevention programs in schools and communities. Supervises a team of Prevention Consultants and collaborates with school districts, community partners, and service providers to deliver trainings, workshops, webinars, and assemblies that engage youth and families. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and implement evidence-based prevention programs for schools and communities., • Supervise, train, and evaluate Prevention Consultants., • Facilitate trainings, workshops, webinars, and assemblies for youth and families., • Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and other community organizations., • Support programmatic data collection, reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives., • Serve as a role model and ensure positive interactions with program participants., • Schedule and assist collaborators on best practices in prevention science., • Attend community events and meetings as required., • Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Public Administration)., • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a social service environment implementing evidence-based practices, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory role., • Experience in community organizing, partnership development, and project management., • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse populations., • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite., • Valid NJ driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable vehicle., • Must pass NJ Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) screening and a fingerprint-based background check. All CitiMed offices are multilingual and staffed with individuals to make any experience pleasant. As a Transcriptionists, your main duty is to review and revise the notes taken by our doctors during patient visits. After the patient visits, a transcriptionist must thoroughly go through each note/report to ensure that all details listed are correct. Once the report is finalized and correct each report must be uploaded into our database for medical records. Responsibilities: • Transcribe medical reports, office visit notes, and other documents from our healthcare providers., • Utilize transcription equipment, including speech recognition tools and medical references, to accurately transcribe a variety of documents., • Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify and correct errors that could affect patient care and medical liability., • Return dictated reports for physician review and inclusion in patient records., • Create templates and input data into electronic health record (EHR) systems for updated record-keeping., • Perform clerical duties as requested to enhance provider productivity, patient care, and office efficiency., • Adhere to hospital and medical facility policies, including HIPAA regulations., • Undertake other duties as required. Requirements: • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute., • Proficiency in grammar, abbreviations, and punctuation., • Familiarity with commonly used medical terminology., • Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite., • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
