Job Description Job Title: Clinical Rater Job Description The Clinical Rater is responsible for administering various psychometric efficacy scales, as well as completing interviews and ratings on study participants specific to several study protocols. This role involves performing interviews and ratings on study subjects to determine their current levels of functioning and to create a clinical impression of their current presentation throughout the duration of the trials. Clinical interviewing skills are essential. Responsibilities • Administer clinical efficacy scales on subjects with various diagnoses such as ADHD, Alzheimer’s Disease, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Substance Use Disorders, and Schizophrenia., • Gather information from prospective subjects through a prescreening interview and determine eligibility for research trials., • Submit accurate data utilizing Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and identified scoring conventions., • Work with Principal Investigators and coordinators in initiating assessments, and assist them with data query completion and data clarification., • Assist in maintaining site-specified levels of recruitment., • Interact with Sponsors, Study Monitors, and Medical Monitors from pharmaceutical companies in a professional manner., • Follow Sponsor, or protocol, specific requirements and applicable internal SOPs., • Utilize technology required to conduct remote assessments., • Clinical trial experience, • Research operation experience, • Strong interviewing skills, • Proficiency in psychometric efficacy scales, • Superior patient interview and diagnostic skills, • Preferred clinical assessment experience, • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, • Master’s Degree or higher in a Psychology related area This position is office-based. The consultant is eligible for holiday pay and vacation days. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami Lakes, FL. Job Description Investigational Product (IP) Preparation Role (Unblinded Pharmacist or Delegated Qualified Nurse) Position Overview Responsible for the secure preparation, handling, accountability, and documentation of investigational products in compliance with GCP and sponsor requirements while maintaining study blinding. Key Responsibilities 1. Drug Preparation & Handling • Receive and log investigational product shipments., • Store medication according to temperature and regulatory requirements., • Calculate weight-based dosing when applicable., • Reconstitute, dilute, and prepare IV infusion bags using aseptic technique., • Ensure correct infusion materials (e.g., filters, tubing) are used., • Label infusion materials per blinded study requirements. 2. Accountability & Compliance • Maintain accurate drug accountability logs., • Track lot numbers, expiration dates, dispensing records, and returns., • Reconcile unused medication., • Prepare documentation for monitoring visits and audits. 3. Blinding Protection • Maintain strict separation from blinded clinical staff., • Prevent disclosure of treatment allocation., • Secure storage of randomization information and preparation records. 4. Safety Oversight (Pre-Release Check) • Confirm all required safety clearances are completed before releasing dose. Position Overview Responsible for subject care, study visit execution, infusion administration, safety monitoring, data documentation, and regulatory compliance in outpatient clinical research settings. Core Responsibilities A. Study Visit Management • Schedule and conduct study visits within protocol-defined windows., • Verify eligibility and continued participation requirements., • Perform informed consent reinforcement as needed., • Confirm dosing orders and subject identity., • Obtain and document predose vital signs., • Administer investigational product via IV infusion., • Monitor during infusion for reactions., • Perform post-infusion monitoring and vital signs., • Assess and document adverse events., • Identify serious adverse events and escalate appropriately., • Coordinate imaging or specialty evaluations when required., • Administer standardized cognitive testing., • Conduct functional questionnaires., • Maintain rater consistency throughout the study., • Remain blinded to treatment allocation., • Collect blood samples (routine labs, PK, ADA as applicable)., • Process and ship specimens per laboratory manual., • Coordinate lumbar punctures if applicable., • Complete source documentation same day., • Enter data into EDC accurately and timely., • Maintain audit-ready documentation., • Follow ICH-GCP standards., • Support monitoring visits and inspections.
