Job DescriptionJob Title: Forklift OperatorJob Description As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for various tasks including put-aways, loading, picking, and staging. You will work closely with other team members on rack teardowns and other ad hoc projects. This role is physically demanding and involves case picking products weighing between 10lbs to 60lbs throughout an 8-hour shift. Proficiency in operating a Raymond stand-up forklift is required. Responsibilities • Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials using a stand-up reach forklift., • Perform case picking from multiple pallets., • Inspect each pallet and case for proper quantities, items, brands, and lot codes., • Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management and identify process improvements., • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist in maintaining warehouse security., • Support all operational processes and procedures to ensure customer value and compliance with policies and regulations., • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation., • Follow specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily work assignments., • Participate in all assigned training programs and adhere to guidelines., • Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills, • Proficiency in operating a Raymond stand-up forklift (Pacer)., • Ability to meet medium level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently., • Basic math and reading skills for performing job tasks and completing paperwork., • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Ability to operate RF systems in a logistics environment., • Willingness to cross-train for case picking.
