In this role, this professional will work closely with and be mentored by the Atlanta-based regional/group airport leader, and with demonstrated ability they will be well positioned to quickly grow into a future leadership role. Assembly and dis-assembly of transformers for commissioning, relocation and de-commissioning. Interface with the customer contacts throughout the project. Supervising technicians and provide leadership throughout the project to support the team so that all tasks are completed safely, timely, and with the utmost quality. Provide technical support and assistance to the sales team when needed for quote purposes. Complete and submit all supporting documentation from the project accurately and timely. Requirements Experience required depends on whether you are applying for supervisory or regular technician roles, however, experience in transformers and substation apparatus is required. Job Description Kaiser Permanente/ The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) Palliative Care Nurse Case Manager The Palliative/Geriatric Care Nurse Case Manager will be a member of the interdisciplinary palliative care team, responsible for assessing and educating members with serious and life-threatening diseases that are referred to the Palliative Care program. Under the direction of the Palliative Care Physician, the Nurse Case Manager serves as a liaison for patients, families of patients, care givers, and referring physicians. This position plays a pivotal role in the provision of palliative care consultations, as well as providing assistance in the primary care of seriously ill patients and their families. This person will need recent clinical experience since they may also need to perform basic clinical nursing duties, i.e., starting iv’s, blood pressure checks, escorting patients, preparing patients for the physician exam, and giving injections. The work for this role can cover the ambulatory setting and inpatient palliative care team. Candidate will perform duties within the scope of practice allowed by the State of Georgia. Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions • Responsible for the day-to-day palliative care case activities and assigned caseload of patients.
