Job DescriptionJob Posting: Recovery Representative Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $24.00 per hour Background and Drug screening required Work Schedule: Open availability required • Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Duration: 2–4 weeks), • Post-Training Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, • Future Shift Flexibility: May transition to 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST based on business needs, • Hybrid Work Model: In-office Tuesday through Thursday; remote work on Mondays and Fridays, • High school diploma required, • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll, • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, • Acquire and apply knowledge of products and systems to make informed revenue decisions, • Address billing and service concerns from clients and external partners, • Balance customer service with effective collections to reduce financial exposure, • Resolve client disputes using established guidelines and support resources, • Meet daily inbound and outbound call volume expectations, • Manage payroll holds by contacting clients with outstanding balances, • Research and analyze customer accounts to support resolution and decision-making, • Follow departmental policies and procedures, • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge, • Contribute to a positive team culture and performance Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
