The Director of Health & Wellness Benefits is responsible for developing, leading and maintaining a data-driven health and wellness benefits function that optimizes cost, improves employee health and engagement, ensures compliance, and supports our total rewards strategy. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
