In this role, you will define, evolve, and scale KeyData Cyber's IAM product and service portfolio, driving product strategy, go-to-market success, and differentiated IP while strengthening client retention and strategic partnerships to support the company's long-term growth and competitive positioning. Location: USA Employment Type: Contract (up to 3 to 6 Months), Remote Responsibilities: Product & Offering Strategy: • Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for KeyData's IAM product and service portfolio., • Drive the creation and evolution of differentiating IP that enhances delivery efficiency, competitive positioning, and client value., • Partner with Engineering, Delivery, and Sales to identify gaps, needs, and opportunities for new IP and offering enhancements., • Develop comprehensive business cases for IP and new offerings—including ROI modeling, market validation, investment justification, and revenue forecasts., • Own the full lifecycle of IAM offerings—from ideation and design through launch, scaling, and retirement., • Define features, service tiers, pricing structures, SLAs, and value propositions., • Lead GTM initiatives aligned with KeyData's blended Delivery Lead + Field Sales model, supporting both custom engagements and fixed book‑and‑bill solutions., • Collaborate closely with Marketing to shape product messaging, positioning, launch plans, and awareness campaigns., • Build GTM assets including sales kits, pitch decks, competitive briefs, pricing frameworks, and client‑facing materials., • Drive launch readiness and cross‑functional alignment for all new and enhanced offerings., • Serve as the voice of the client, ensuring offering decisions reflect genuine market needs., • Conduct client interviews, feedback loops, and strategic account engagements., • Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing organizations., • Coordinate with IAM technology partners (Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock, etc.) to align on capabilities, integrations, certifications, and co‑selling initiatives., • Track partner roadmaps and ensure KeyData offerings evolve in tandem., • Lead KeyData's Client Retention Program, driving renewals, service adoption, and long‑term client satisfaction., • Develop retention playbooks, risk indicators, engagement models, and proactive client success strategies., • Analyze usage data, client feedback, and operational metrics to improve offerings and overall client outcomes., • 5–10+ years in product management, offering management, or service portfolio leadership within IAM or cybersecurity., • Deep knowledge of IAM domains: IGA, PAM, CIAM, MFA, SSO, directory services, Zero Trust, and cloud identity., • Experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, Okta, Ping, CyberArk, ForgeRock, etc., • Proven ability to conceptualize, design, and lead development of differentiating IP, accelerators, frameworks, or tooling., • Experience building business cases for new offerings and IP investments (ROI modeling, financial projections, market sizing, competitive analysis)., • Ability to measure, report, and communicate performance results of IP and product investments., • Strong collaboration with Marketing, including messaging development, positioning, campaign planning, and GTM alignment., • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in clear, compelling value propositions., • Strong cross‑functional leadership, presentation, and communication skills., • Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong business acumen., • IAM or cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CIAM, Microsoft, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk certifications, etc., • Experience with subscription-based services, recurring revenue models, or managed service offerings.
