Key Responsibilities\n\n • Deliver individualized psychotherapy or counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, or groups, catering to their unique needs.\n, • Conduct thorough interviews to gather essential social, emotional, personal, and health-related information from clients, enabling accurate assessments.\n, • Assess and address mental health issues in accordance with established scope of practice, including effective treatment planning and goal setting.\n, • Administer various therapeutic interventions aimed at behavioral and cognitive health, including crisis intervention and resource referrals.\n, • Develop and implement tailored programs aimed at meeting clients' social and emotional needs, fostering overall well-being.\n, • Build and sustain therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, respect, and acceptance, enhancing client engagement.\n, • Continually evaluate and document the effectiveness of treatment services, ensuring up-to-date and accurate client records.\n, • Manage a caseload efficiently and ensure compliance with documentation standards that reflect the services provided.\n, • Actively participate in professional development and training offerings to enhance therapeutic skills.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n The LCSW will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, grief, and family dynamics.
