Reporting to the Manager Central Staffing, the RN will float as needed throughout the hospital to provide care for Medical-Surgical Telemetry patients. The settings would include inpatient Medical-Surgical Telemetry units as well the Emergency Department, the Intensive Care Unit or the Post Anethesia Care Unit when overflow Medical-Surgical Telemetry are being boarded there. The Clinical Staff Nurse has 12 hour accountability for organizing, planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient/family centered care based on the Watson Model of Care for a defined group of patients, including the identification and demonstration of abilities to meet special needs and considerations of Age and Population Specific awareness. Key Responsibilities • Provide timely customer service response to our FMB customers who contact the bank via telephone by:, • Utilizing effective listening skills to ensure understanding of the customer’s request(s)., • Effectively managing product/service knowledge so that delivery of information is fast and accurate., • Providing relative information, solutions and actions steps to address the customer’s needs., • Managing call handling time and after-call work efficiently while maintaining service quality, accuracy and compliance., • Maintaining schedule adherence and availability standards in accordance with department expectations., • Ensure that every caller is properly identified per the Customer Identification Program (CIP) and related policies, prior to providing any account specific information to callers., • Process authorized customer service requests and account transactions in accordance with bank policy and applicable regulations., • Demonstrate professional call handling skills, including appropriate greeting, active listening, clear communication, de-escalation, and proper close. Resolve customer inquiries independently whenever appropriate and escalate matters in accordance with policy, risk level and complexity., • Adhere to bank policies and procedures and maintain a minimum level of errors to ensure a positive customer service experience with each customer., • Identify opportunities to improve our customer’s relationship with FMB by suggesting additional bank products and services that will benefit the customer with their financial needs; meeting sales and cross-sale goals., • Place after-call notes on the customer’s account profile after every call, where the customer is identified, to record the date, time, and purpose of the customer’s contact with the bank., • Utilize call center customer relationship management, and banking systems proficiently to document interactions, research account activity, and complete service requests accurately while speaking with clients., • Recognize, document and escalate suspected fraud, suspicious activity, elder financial abuse concerns, and other high-risk situations in accordance with bank policy and applicable law., • Meet established performance expectations related to customer service, quality assurance, productivity, schedule adherence, and accuracy. Compliance Responsibilities Complies with all applicable state and federal banking laws, regulations, and internal policies related but not limited to lending, operations, and deposit requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations, Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements, Financial Elder Abuse reporting laws, Sexual Harassment prevention policies, information security and privacy requirements. The Facilities Maintenance Manager/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of building systems and infrastructure within a large-scale warehouse and distribution campus. This role ensures the facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations while minimizing downtime and maintaining operational readiness. This position requires a hands-on leader who promotes a strong problem-solving culture within the maintenance team. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive preventative maintenance strategy. They are comfortable researching technical solutions, learning new repair techniques, and expanding their capabilities to solve maintenance issues internally whenever safe and practical. Facilities & Equipment Maintenance • Oversee daily maintenance operations for a large warehousing and distribution campus, including building systems, mechanical equipment, and infrastructure., • Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs for:, • HVAC systems, • Electrical systems, • Lighting, • Plumbing, • Fire protection systems, • Dock equipment (dock levelers, doors, seals), • Conveyors and material handling systems (if applicable)., • Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of facility and equipment issues to minimize operational disruption., • Maintain facility infrastructure including flooring, racking, doors, roofing, and exterior areas., • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to perform repairs and projects internally when safe and appropriate, researching solutions and learning new techniques to enhance the maintenance team's technical capability and reduce external repair costs. Vendor & Contractor Management • Review and evaluate vendor repair and maintenance proposals to ensure scope, pricing, and materials are appropriate., • Identify opportunities where work can be safely and effectively completed by the internal maintenance team to reduce costs while maintaining quality and compliance., • Manage third-party vendors and contractors for specialized services such as HVAC, electrical, fire safety inspections, and building repairs., • Review vendor performance, contracts, and service agreements., • Ensure all vendor and contract work meets company quality standards and safety requirements. Inventory Management • Track maintenance costs and identify cost-saving opportunities., • Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. Facility Improvements • Identify opportunities to improve facility efficiency, reliability, and energy usage., • Support facility upgrades, capital projects, and expansion efforts., • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams on layout or infrastructure improvements.
