Job Description Position Overview: The Residential Aide builds meaningful, trusting relationships with youth and facilitates their access to supportive resources to promote independence and successful reintegration into the community. The Residential Aide also assists with escorting clients to scheduled support-service appointments and collaborates with the Case Manager, Nurse, and Mental Health Clinician to coordinate family and sibling visits, court dates, and medical or mental health appointments. Position Qualifications: Minimum Associate’s Degree in social work, psychology or criminal justice from an accredited college. Familiarity with ACS/OCFS programming. Must understand the critical nature of timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and case work practice.
