Location • New York, • Hybrid Experience / Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of real estate private equity, and analysis/asset management experience., • Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field with a strong record of academic achievement., • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required; strong experience creating reports and dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI., • Strong experience with financial modeling, including detailed property-level financial statement analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and performance metrics. Job Description • Maintain comprehensive oversight of the firm’s SFR investment portfolios., • Support the implementation of the investment strategies, business plans, and objectives for each of the funds under management., • Support day-to-day decisions to optimize portfolio composition., • Closely monitor all elements of financial performance; analyze financial statements and ensure the implementation of recommended operating adjustments., • Play a key role in the budgeting process to create, compile, organize, and evaluate projections and operating data; monitor and help administer budget compliance and implementation., • Produce and update investor reporting., • Monitor and assist with budgets, forecasts, performance reports, timelines, and management plans., • Build and maintain portfolio forecasting models for various purposes., • Manage and improve internal procedures and processes., • Review macro, market, and sub-market analysis of the US housing market as it relates to asset management strategies. Salary Range: The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $110,000-135,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
