Who You Are: The Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist is responsible for projects related to PRP's prospect database (in the CRM) and the auxiliary Sales Stack, including researching/adding new prospects, maintaining data, resolving data errors, reporting, assisting with sales stack integration, and more. The Specialist independently executes core sales operations and data-related work with a high level of judgment, efficiency, and accuracy. This role serves as a reliable owner of assigned processes and reporting, proactively identifying issues, improving workflows, and partnering with Sales and IT to ensure data integrity and usability. The Specialist requires minimal oversight and is trusted to manage day-to-day priorities autonomously. • You are a skilled communicator (both verbal and written), • You maintain a high level of internal customer satisfaction, • You work collaboratively with a team while independently managing your responsibilities, • You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable making informed recommendations, • You are curious, self-motivated, and results driven, • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities What You Will Do: • Prospect Database & CRM Maintenance:, • Add and maintain leads within CRM for the sales department, sourcing prospects using various data providers to incorporate into our outbound calling system, • Independently manage prospect database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data, • Audit and clean lead and prospect data for relevancy and accuracy, resolving routine issues without direction, • Coordinate data imports and validate CRM entries to ensure alignment with established standards, • Assign appointments to sales team members, • Reporting & Analysis:, • Generate recurring and ad hoc sales reports, including Sales KPI's, cold-calling metrics, and data management updates, validating data sources and outputs for accuracy, • Analyze prospecting, outreach, and pipeline data and prepare insight summaries that highlight key trends and changes, • Report findings and observations to Sales leadership and Sales Operations partners, • Sales Stack & Tool Support:, • Support the maintenance and optimization of integrations between CRM and auxiliary sales tools, • Troubleshoot routine system or integration issues and coordinate with IT or vendors, • Maintain documentation for assigned workflows, reports, and tools, • Collaboration & Process Improvement, • Identify recurring data or process issues and recommend practical improvements, • Serve as a subject-matter resource for Sales team questions related to CRM usage, reporting, and data quality, • Support Sales Operations initiatives and projects as needed What You Need: • Bachelor's degree preferred, • 4-7 years of experience in sales operations/enablement, revenue operations, data analysis, or a related field, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, • Experience working independently with data, reporting, and CRM systems, • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms preferred, • Experience with dialing software, contact data providers, or sales engagement platforms preferred Who We Are: Profit Recovery Partners is a management consulting firm specializing in enterprise cost optimization and spend reduction.
