What You’ll Do: As a Sales & Customer Experience Representative, you will support business growth by combining sales, relationship management, and customer service. This role may involve inside sales, outside sales, or a blend of both, depending on business needs and your strengths. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure a smooth experience from first contact through order completion. Your Day-to-Day: • Identify and support new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication, • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-up, • Prepare quotes, bids, proposals, and contracts based on customer needs, • Process customer orders and track progress through fulfillment, • Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order execution, • Assist customers via phone, email, or in person with product and service inquiries, • Address customer questions, concerns, or issues professionally and efficiently, • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and customer interactions using CRM systems, • Work toward individual and team sales goals, • Provide sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates as requested, • Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, or trade shows as needed, • Support marketing efforts and special projects when assigned What We’re Looking For: • Experience in sales, customer service, or account management, • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities, • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, on-site environment, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (role dependent), • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred, • Previous experience in service-based or manufacturing environments is a plus, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive base pay, • Commission and performance-based incentives (role dependent), • Additional tools and resources provided as needed for success Additional Requirements: • Background check and drug screening may be required If you’re looking for a sales role where relationship-building, communication, and performance truly matter, we’d love to hear from you.
