Job DescriptionDescription: Garden State Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Showroom Branch Manager to join our TEAM in our Columbia South Carolina facility! As an Operations Manager you are responsible to direct and coordinate all facets of the operation ensuring the achievement of sales goals, customer satisfaction, and providing the highest level of concierge customer service to every client of the customer base both existing and through the cultivation of new relationships including tile contractors, kitchen/bath, residential home builders and remodelers, interior designers, and homeowners. This position offers a competitive base salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year with the potential for additional uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses based on sales performance, allowing top performers to earn significantly more. The showroom and warehouse are located at 425 Huger Street, one block from Founders Park, which is the home field for the University of South Carolina’s Gamecocks baseball team. Our luxurious, state-of-the-art using Epicor's P21 technology showroom and wireless warehouse is a resource for homeowners, architects, builders, designers, and contractors.
