The Client Service Manager role is responsible for leading day-to-day client service delivery in support of plan administration and client needs. This role includes daily oversight of all aspects of qualified and non-qualified retirement plan recordkeeping and administration that may include resolution of client issues, coordination of internal groups for issue resolution, client presentations and sales support. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician with UHCU you will: • Be responsible for responding to maintenance facility tickets submitted to through the internal ticketing system including updating tickets with comments and progress updates, time to completion, cost, and any other pertinent information as work is performed., • Oversee the maintenance of equipment utilized in branch operations. Serve as first responder to requests for maintenance, resolve issues when possible and coordinate the scheduling of repairs with the Facilities Manager and Branch Operations Department as deemed necessary., • Respond to requests for building and grounds maintenance, office relocations, and communicating maintenance issues and their resolutions. Resolve maintenance and technical issues when appropriate and coordinate scheduling of repairs with appropriate management authority., • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining branch security equipment to include but not limited to alarm panels and motion & door sensors., • Responsible for identifying, reporting and resolving safety issues at all UHCU facilities. Comply with safety regulations, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), maintain clean and orderly work areas, and report and record issues to management and within the Work Order management system., • Perform minor electrical repairs such as replacing fixtures and switches. Assess electrical issues such as power outages and tripped circuit breakers, and conduct initial diagnostics to determine corrective actions., • Perform regular preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance requests on machines, equipment and facilities to ensure that systems are functionally operational., • Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to maintenance requestors. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is expected to maintain professional relationships with vendors, delivering a professional image of the Credit Union and working cooperatively with others within the organization., • Respond to emergency conditions related to building / branch issues including but not limited to plumbing, building access, water and/or inclement weather damage, and power or equipment outages., • Assist with UHCU event setup, breakdown, and deliveries. Job Description Position Description: The Children’s HOME Initiative Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of residents participating in the Children’s HOME Initiative at Parker Lane, as well as coordinating services for the broader resident population. This role involves collaborating closely with property management, learning center staff, and other resident services teams to ensure that all residents receive the necessary support. The primary focus will be managing a minimum of 15 households enrolled in the Children’s HOME Initiative, a 24-month supportive housing program designed for extremely low-income families. As a liaison between clients and the available services, the Case Manager will provide compassionate guidance, helping residents navigate the 2Gen program, breaking the cycle of poverty. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload and provide case management and/or referrals to residents identified as having significant social, emotional, or behavioral issues, or who are experiencing family trauma. Caseloads include children, families, and adults., • Meet regularly with Children’s HOME Initiative families to identify areas of need, establish realistic and attainable goals, and evaluate progress toward improving their level of personal stability. Utilize knowledge of principles, methods, techniques and evidence-based practices to support case management work., • Honor client self-determination and advocate for client needs.
