ABOUT THE ROLE: The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter is seeking to add a Clinical Services Manager to our Clinical Services Department! In this role, you will oversee the provision of all Agency Early Intervention and Related Services offered to children in Oneida and Lewis Counties. This includes hiring and supervision of clinical staff, monitoring program quality, and ensuring excellence in service delivery. You will be responsible for clinician performance, staff development and retention, program development, fiscal performance, and maintaining strong partnerships with counties, referral agencies, and regulatory groups. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to high-quality clinical practices, and the ability to foster compassionate, respectful, and collaborative relationships with staff, families, and the children we serve. Schedule/Hours * Full-time, flexible schedule * Occasional evenings and weekends as required Qualifications: * Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Special Education * New York State Professional License (OT, PT, SLP) or NYS Permanent Certification (SPED) * Clinical and supervisory experience required * Strong knowledge of developmental, physical, and neurological disabilities * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Ability to travel to offsite locations and work a flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends as needed) * Must meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance * Valid driver's license and ability to operate an agency vehicle Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage Early Intervention and Related Services clinical staff, including hiring, supervision, and performance evaluations * Ensure clinicians maintain productivity standards and deliver high-quality services * Monitor and improve clinical quality, fiscal performance, and program outcomes * Develop, implement, and monitor clinical competencies in diagnostic and treatment service delivery * Facilitate open communication between staff, families, and the people we support * Provide therapeutic intervention to children as needed * Conduct and delegate training, orientation, and professional development opportunities for staff * Develop and maintain relationships with counties and referral agencies; attend county/district meetings * Oversee quality assurance activities for both clinical and office-related functions * Ensure compliance with all Agency policies, including Corporate Compliance, HIPAA, and Safety standards * Represent the Agency on leadership and supervisory teams, as well as agency committees as assigned * Promote continuous improvement in staff development, retention, marketing, and outside relationship management * Complete documentation, reports, and recordkeeping as required * Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate service in all interactions PAY & PERKS: The pay rate for this position is $55,000.00.
