Position Summary The Vice President of Finance will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and risk management. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the organization by aligning fiscal strategy with business goals and supporting sustainable global growth. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership * Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives. * Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial planning, capital structure, and business expansion. * Lead financial due diligence and analysis for potential investments, partnerships, or acquisitions. Financial Planning & Analysis * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for multiple business units (manufacturing, wholesale, retail, e-commerce). * Provide actionable insights and performance analytics to improve decision-making and drive profitability. * Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and present key financial insights to stakeholders. Accounting & Reporting * Lead the accounting function and ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. * Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other relevant accounting standards. * Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions. Cash Flow & Risk Management * Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial health and operational efficiency. * Monitor financial risks and implement internal controls to protect company assets. * Develop and maintain corporate policies and procedures to strengthen financial governance. Team Leadership * Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team. * Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. * Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, supply chain, and marketing teams. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred. * Minimum of 1015 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial executive role. * Experience in consumer goods, luxury retail, or jewelry/fashion industry is highly desirable. * Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, accounting, and business analytics. * Strong knowledge of ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks Enterprise).
