Your responsibilities will include diligently following up with leads, cultivating meaningful client relationships, conducting buyer and seller consultations, showcasing listings at open houses, overseeing transactions from start to finish, attracting new clients, and leveraging your market knowledge to guide clients with confidence. Agents are logged into all systems and begin making phone calls within 2 days of signing the team agreement. Ongoing Training: Weekly training, listings masterminds, one-on-one coaching sessions, and sales meetings twice per month. Support Staff Full operations team includes: Operations Manager, Sales Manager, TC Manager, 2 ISAs, 3 Transaction Coordinators, Licensed Listing Manager, and Onboarding Manager.
