Position Summary: The Associate Director, Marketing Programs is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of dealer-facing marketing initiatives at Stellantis Financial Services. This role focuses on driving adoption of the Digital Finance Application across dealer platforms, enhancing digital customer acquisition efforts, and improving overall engagement through data-driven strategies. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Product, Risk, and IT—and external partners to ensure marketing programs are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and brand standards. The Associate Director, Marketing Programs will bring strategic marketing expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of executing complex programs that support dealer performance and organizational growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Digital Finance Application across dealer retail platforms., • Design and execute marketing programs to drive dealer adoption and engagement with financial tools., • Manage partnerships with credit bureaus to ensure compliant, seamless data integration., • Collaborate with digital agencies to align campaigns with brand standards and optimize performance., • Deliver training and ongoing dealer support to maximize usage of digital solutions., • Monitor and analyze program KPIs, leveraging data insights to enhance marketing effectiveness., • Coordinate with Sales, IT, Risk, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals., • Oversee credit-based prescreen marketing initiatives to drive targeted, compliant customer acquisition., • Stay informed on digital lending and fintech trends to inform strategy and innovation., • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to financial regulations and internal compliance standards. Required Experience: • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing program management, with a focus in automotive, financial services, or Fintech industries., • Deep expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, credit bureau integrations, and prescreen marketing strategies aligned with regulatory standards., • Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaigns in partnership with digital agencies, delivering measurable results in digital lending and financial solutions., • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data, generating insights, and driving strategic marketing decisions., • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Skills Required: • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot), and data analytics solutions., • Skilled in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversion., • Well-versed in financial services marketing regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance., • Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing teams, with strong strategic and analytical capabilities., • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in fast-paced, evolving environments., • Overtime required – required on an as needed basis., • Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis., • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ. Qualifications Preferred: · In-depth knowledge of the automotive finance industry, including retail financing products, dealer network dynamics, and consumer behavior. · Familiarity with Stellantis automotive brands and their distinct market positioning is strongly preferred. Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed.
