Leasing Consultant Responsibilities: • Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc., • Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals., • Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy., • If you are looking for a career opportunity in property management this may be perfect first step for you! To learn more about GSF Properties, please visit our website at Requirements:Leasing Consultant Job Requirements: • At least 1 solid year of proven and current sales experience, • Excellent Customer Service experience - at least 1 solid year of experience, • Problem solving skills, • Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media), • Must be able to multi-task, • Organized, • Handle high volume workload and able to multitask well, • Follow directions and work independently, • Detail oriented with great communication, • Able to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, • Must be able to live on-site in Fresno (1x1 unit only)
