We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to primarily cover the central - southern regions with flexibility to support opportunities across the greater NJ area. Role Summary The Sales Account Manager will drive revenue growth in the New Jersey cannabis market by developing and executing strategic sales plans, executing wholesale account relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a dedicated professional who can build strong client relationships, adapt to market dynamics, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to all legal and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Execution • Execute targeted sales strategies for the New Jersey cannabis market, identify and pursue new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships., • Present and promote company products, emphasizing their unique benefits and features., • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing responsive and professional support., • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction., • Address concerns or issues promptly and effectively ensuring high levels of client retention., • Stay informed about cannabis industry regulations and ensure all sales activities comply with legal requirements, • Utilize CRM to track sales activities and maintain accurate records, analyze sales data and trends to provide regular performance reports to management, • forecast future sales based on market analysis and historical data., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
