Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team, and monitor progress regularly. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches. Manage the sales budget and resources effectively. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, both individually and as a team leader. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
