Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Practitioner to join the OVME team at a new and upcoming location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a studio from the beginning, helping build a strong client base and establish OVME within the local community. In this role, you’ll provide personalized aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other advanced services while building trusted, long-term relationships with your clients. Our practitioners combine clinical expertise with an individualized approach to care, helping clients achieve natural, confidence-building results. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their craft, committed to continued growth and education, and excited about the opportunity to help grow a new studio alongside a collaborative, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs., • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines., • Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects., • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients., • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise., • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure., • Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans., • Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures., • Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment., • Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic injectables. Skills, Knowledge, & ExpertiseEducation / Experience Requirements • 2+ years of injecting experience., • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate., • Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.Skills, • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment., • Social media proficiency is required., • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision., • Ability to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees., • Team player mentality., • Strong sense of ownership and urgency., • Extremely detail-oriented., • Self-starter and passion for learning., • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
