Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Post-Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of post-production work across internal retouching and video editing teams, as well as external freelancers and vendor partners. This role supports a wide range of creative initiatives, including CTV, digital, social, and print campaigns, along with large-scale brand initiatives led by the Creative team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining creative excellence while ensuring efficient workflows, clear communication, and on-time delivery. The Supervisor serves as a primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders and works closely with Creative, Product, and Marketing partners to align priorities and execution. Success in this role requires balancing creative vision with operational discipline in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. CORE FUNCTIONS • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of video editors, retouchers, and publishers, providing clear direction and support across multiple concurrent projects. This includes both internal productions and work executed by external freelancers or vendor partners., • Own post-production resourcing and operational planning, including project scoping, timeline development, budget forecasting, workload management, and maintenance of freelance and vendor rosters., • Drive post-production execution across a high volume of deliverables, ensuring assets are completed efficiently, on time, and to established creative and brand standards., • Establish and maintain consistent communication and reporting practices that ensure transparency around project status, timelines, capacity, and budgets throughout each project lifecycle., • Provide strategic post-production input during pre-production and creative planning phases to ensure projects are properly scoped, resourced, and sequenced, minimizing downstream risks and rework., • Oversee final asset organization, delivery, and distribution through DAM systems or other approved asset management and delivery platforms, ensuring assets are accessible, accurate, and properly archived., • Partner closely with Creative, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to align post-production priorities with broader business objectives and campaign timelines. Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required., • 5+ years of post-production experience required., • Experience working with a DAM is preferred., • Strong interpersonal skills required., • Ability to adhere to and understand the RealTruck aesthetic, creative guidelines, and to incorporate creative feedback into the work product is essential., • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, experience working within a Project Management System., • Excellent written and verbal language skills required. Ability to proof-read copy and scripts. SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES This position is subject to Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls require exertion of force greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work. Physical Activities This position is subject to the following physical activities: balancing, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Visual Acuity The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
