Job DescriptionDescription: Clinical & Postdoctoral Psychologist – Assessment & Evaluation Specialty Location: Lotus Consulting – Ann Arbor, Michigan Compensation: $85,000 – $130,000 annually (depending on licensure and experience) Job Types: Full-time About Us Lotus Consulting is a multidisciplinary outpatient practice located in Ann Arbor, MI. We are dedicated to providing high-quality psychotherapy and psychological assessment and evaluation services that help adolescents and adults thrive. In assessment, our team specializes in: • ADHD, • Autism Spectrum Disorder, • Learning Disorders (Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia) We are seeking a licensed psychologist or postdoctoral fellow interested in building a career centered on assessment and evaluations. Hybrid work in psychotherapy and assessment may be an option. Ideal candidates should have prior exposure to testing (through practica, internship, postdoc, or clinical work). Extensive expertise is not required—we provide training and mentorship to help you develop proficiency and confidence. This position includes direct supervision from Dr. Amy Ford, Licensed Psychologist and Assessment Director. Daily Responsibilities: • Conduct clinical intakes (in-person or telehealth) with clients., • Review case histories, select test batteries. Collaborating with psychometricians may be an option., • Administer and/or oversee testing and adjust test batteries as needed., • Review scoring, collateral information, and clinical data for accuracy and integration., • Conduct feedback sessions with clients and/or families.., • Develop evidence-based recommendations for interventions, supports, and treatment., • Supervised training in psychological assessment and evaluation., • Licensure supervision by a licensed psychologist with expertise in adult and child neuropsychology., • Mentorship within our collective and exposure to a collaborative network of clinicians., • An assessment team model that includes psychometricians and report-writing support., • Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)., • Licensed psychologist, or postdoctoral fellow status., • At least 1 year of experience with testing psychology (e.g., internship, practicum, or prior clinical work)., • Strong skills in:, • Adolescent and/or child development, • Test selection and interpretation, • Clinical writing and communication, • Organization and time management, • Salary: $85,000 – $130,000 annually (depending on licensure & experience)., • Full benefits package, including:, • Health, Dental, Vision insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Disability and Life insurance, • Paid time off, • Professional development allowance, • Weekday, daytime hours (Monday – Friday), flexible.
