An ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and proficient technical skills including, but not limited to: carpentry, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, and experience in unit turns. HVAC experience is a plus. Youll make sure our rental properties are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly.
