Job Description Install and Repair Supervisor Location: Flint and Ann Arbor Service Region with offices located in North Branch or Dexter, MI Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Pay Benefits: Health, Vision, Basic Dental & Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401k, Paid Time Off, Paid Training Position Summary: The Install Repair Supervisor plays a vital role in the customer experience journey and leads a team of customer front facing field technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our customer prem fixed wireless and fiber infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day activities of a team of field technicians., • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback., • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines., • Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs., • Monitor technician performance and productivity., • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to technicians., • Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards., • Inspect completed work to verify accuracy and compliance., • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions., • Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials., • Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels., • Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent service., • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams., • Coordinate with relevant teams to quickly resolve network outages and service interruptions., • Other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements: • 3+years of experience in telecommunications field service, preferably in a fixed wireless and fiber environment., • Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, including fiber optic cables, wireless towers, and associated equipment., • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills., • Strong leadership and organizational abilities., • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills., • A self-starter who will conceive of and accept responsibility for projects and see them through to completion; be an individual contributor and contribute as part of a larger team., • Valid driver's license., • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings., • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Physical Requirements • Lifting 50 lbs, • Bending at the knees, • Using hand power tools, • Digging with hand tools, • Climbing ladder, • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard., • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work., • Light to moderate lifting may be required., • Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate., • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period., • May be required to operate general office equipment including but not limited to copiers, printers.
