As we continue building internal solutions that scale with us, we are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This is an opportunity to make an immediate and meaningful impact on how our teams use Salesforce-based tools to improve efficiency, visibility, and user satisfaction. You will work closely with the Director of Product Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize and support our Salesforce platform (including Litify and supporting apps). This role is for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Position Summary: The Salesforce Administrator will support the Senior Salesforce Administrators in optimizing and maintaining the Salesforce platform (including Litify and related apps), focusing primarily on delegated user support, configuration requests, data imports, and other essential tasks. This role is designed for an enthusiastic learner ready to grow their Salesforce career by actively assisting the team, taking ownership of basic tickets, and meaningfully contributing to process improvements and system efficiency as part of a collaborative Agile product environment. This position can be fully remote from any U.S. location, or based in either ourTroy, MI or Ann Arbor, MI office as an in-person or hybrid role. Please note - although this role can be remote, all work must be performed within the United States. What youll be doing: Stakeholder Support • Proactively monitor support channels (shared inbox, Teams spaces, logged issues) to identify user support requests., • Collaborate with the Product team as needed to plan steps for resolution to user requests, escalating complex cases to Senior Admins as needed., • Respond promptly to user support requests to ensure stakeholders are aware of resolution or next steps to address their concerns., • Execute configuration changes and enhancements under direction of Senior Salesforce Admins, including but not limited to:, • Data modeling, • Page layouts, • Lightning app builder, • Validation rules, • Document/form generation templates, • Formstack for Salesforce forms, • Flow builder, • Assist with data management tasks such as imports, exports, deduplication, and data integrity audits., • Document issue resolutions, best practices, and system changes to support broader team knowledge-sharing., • Manage user setup, and assignment of permissions, roles, profiles, and security settings., • Maintain data integrity and quality across Salesforce objects and relationships., • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions., • Participate in Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, standups, and ticket execution, providing regular updates on assigned work., • Proactively engaging with Azure DevOps work items and the Agile project manager to provide key updates and identify risks to progress., • Act as a technical resource to support configuration, testing, change control, and deployment activities between environments., • Maintain an awareness of new Salesforce platform features and industry trends, actively engaging in learning opportunities to build expertise., • Engage with vendor community and learning resources to bring product knowledge to the team (Litify, Quik, Formstack, Accounting Seed)., • Monitor and evaluate Salesforce, Litify, and Accounting Seed seasonal releases to assess potential impact and opportunities. What skills youll bring: • Bachelors Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Admin, Information Technology)., • 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or power user experience, preferably in a high-growth, Agile environment., • Salesforce Administrator Certification, or the ability to acquire it within 6 months of hire date., • Strong command of basic Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, lightning app builder, validation rules, and formulas., • Well-versed with Microsoft Excel or relational databases (formulas, data transformations, index matching)., • Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment., • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical solutions into plain language for end users as well as engage and collaborate with project team members., • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment., • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with evolving Salesforce capabilities while enabling teammates to grow in their Salesforce knowledge., • Other preferred skills include:, • Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Process Automation Accreditation are a plus, but others welcome)., • Experience with Litify (legal case management in Salesforce), Accounting Seed, and/or Formstack., • Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, e.g.) and working in a cross-functional product environment., • Background in professional services, legal operations, and/or immigration.
