Jordan & Associates, duties will include, but not be limited to: • Identify and target prospective client companies through research, networking, and referrals., • Conduct outbound prospecting calls, emails and visits to generate new business., • Present staffing solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value, quality and speed., • Negotiate contracts, bill rates, and service agreements to ensure profitability., • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and new opportunities. To be successful in this role you should be: • Goal oriented, • Organized & disciplined, • A strategic thinker, • Customer focused, • Enjoys working a team environment Education and Experience Guidelines: • Have outside sales experience., • Have at least 5+ years of professional experience., • College education preferred., • Prior experience in the staffing industry will be placed in the highest consideration.
