Therapist-Centered Compensation Model • W2 Employment with Clear Hourly Pay, • Separate rates for treatment vs. admin time, • Bonus opportunities based on productivity, • Weekly direct deposit, • Customizable schedule — full-time, part-time, or per diem, • Clinic-based — no school contracts or home visits, • Up to 10% telehealth, depending on client and therapist preference, • Competitive salary: $65,000–$115,000 annually depending on experience, caseload, and performance, • Health and supplemental insurance options, • 401(k) with company support, • Phone and mileage stipends, • CEU reimbursement and structured mentorship, • Opportunities to specialize in feeding, sensory integration, or early intervention, • Autism Certification support (IBCCES), • Deliver 1:1 occupational therapy to pediatric clients in our sensory-rich clinic, • Perform evaluations and develop individualized, functional treatment plans, • Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members (SLPs, PTs, assistants), • Educate families on strategies for home carryover and lasting outcomes, • Document thoroughly and timely in our user-friendly EHR, • Licensed Occupational Therapist or license-eligible in California, • New grads are welcome — mentorship available, • Passionate about working with children and supporting their families, • Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing your own schedule, • Strong communication skills and team collaboration, • Help children meet 80% or more of their individualized therapy goals, • Maintain positive family satisfaction ratings (target: 95% and higher), • Document all sessions accurately and on time, • Coastal lifestyle without the chaos of L.A., • Located between Ojai, Santa Barbara, and Malibu, • Enjoy year-round sunshine, scenic beaches, hiking trails, and a vibrant downtown, • Perfect for active lifestyles, young families, or anyone looking for a better work-life balance If you’re looking for more than just a job—if you’re looking for a mission, a team that values your voice, and a place to grow without burnout—CTN might be your next professional home.
