Job Description SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting operations by ensuring that the building and utilities are properly maintained to support GMP manufacturing and general facility operations. Scope of work includes championing effective equipment / utility maintenance practices and strict adherence to GMP requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Understand core CMC goals and operations to ensure maintenance strategies mesh with stakeholder requirements and business needs., • Oversee the building and utility maintenance program in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements to achieve a high level of equipment reliability and inspection readiness. This position plays a critical role in promoting a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement. The Investigator collaborates with program staff, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate response to allegations of abuse, neglect, exploitation, and other reportable events. The role also serves as a resource and mentor to program-level incident reporters, supporting staff training and high-quality documentation practices. The Pennsylvania-based role focuses primarily on PA programs and regulatory agencies, while the regional role supports a broader multi-state footprint. The Sales & Catering Coordinator (Administrative Assistant) supports hotel management, primarily sales and catering managers/staff, in duties that are integral to successful hotel sales and catering operation.
