About the Opportunity - Philadelphia and New York A distinguished UHNW family office is seeking an Executive Protection Agent to join its private team. This role is responsible for delivering discreet, professional, and uncompromising protection for the Principal, family members, and associated interests. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in executive protection, a proven ability to adapt to dynamic environments, and the highest standards of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities • Provide close personal protection for the Principal and family during daily activities, travel, and events., • Conduct advance planning for residences, routes, and event venues., • Coordinate secure transportation and manage protective logistics., • Maintain operational readiness for domestic and international travel, often on short notice., • Collaborate with estate staff, aviation partners, law enforcement, and security leadership., • Uphold the highest standards of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications • Minimum 6 years of experience in military, law enforcement, or executive protection., • 8+ years of protective experience supporting UHNW clients, principals, or family offices., • Accredited executive protection training (e.g., GDBA, ESI, Lasorsa & Associates, or equivalent)., • Valid and active armed security license (multi-state preferred)., • Advanced medical certification (CPR/AED/First Aid required; EMT/TCCC preferred)., • High proficiency in defensive/evasive driving., • Clean criminal and driving record; must pass comprehensive background and psychological screening., • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally, with little notice.
