We are seeking a Strategy Manager to support the Director of Strategy & Business Development in the development and execution of strategic initiatives in the beverage industry. This role contributes to enterprise-wide strategic planning and decision-making through data analysis and partners with cross-functional leaders to assess business performance and evaluate growth opportunities. The position is responsible for developing analyses, business cases, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making and long-term planning. This is a corporate strategy role focused on overall business performance and growth Reporting Location: Stamford, CT or Tampa, FL Salary Range: $102,177 – $146,400 / annually, this role is eligible for an annual bonus • Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Partner with senior leadership to support strategic priorities, identify business opportunities, and contribute to long-term planning, • Provide analysis and recommendations to leaders across Marketing, Sales, Commercial Finance, R&D, and Operations, • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses using syndicated data, consumer research, and macroeconomic trends, • Develop analyses related to category trends, innovation, channel shifts, and portfolio strategy, • Support cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives, including category expansion, pricing, supply chain, and market entry efforts, • Develop workplans, track milestones, and support coordination across project teams, • Build business cases, financial models, scenario analyses, and ROI frameworks to support investment and portfolio decisions, • Prepare clear summaries, recommendations, and presentations for leadership review, • Support strategic diligence for mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and partnership opportunities, including market sizing, synergy analysis, and integration planning, • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and tracking tools to measure the performance of strategic initiatives and commercial programs, • Monitor regulatory developments, emerging technologies, sustainability requirements, and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities Qualifications Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field required, • Advanced degree, such as an MBA, preferred, • 5 - 8 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, corporate strategy, or corporate development required; experience in beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred., • Experience leading project teams required, • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets and financial models, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including development of polished, data-driven presentations for executive audiences, • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling required; experience with SQL or BI tools, including Power BI or Tableau, preferred, • Knowledge of financial modeling, business valuation, and syndicated data tools required, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across levels, • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, • Knowledge of beverage market dynamics, including consumer trends, distribution channels, supply chain operations, and regulatory requirements If you're ready to embark on an exciting journey with Primo Brands, apply now!
