Job Description Title of Position: Case Manager Department: Transitional Housing Reports to: Social Service Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary: $29.17/hr. Positions reporting to this position: None Purpose of the Position The Case Manager is responsible for case management services for clients in transitional housing. The Case Manager will have an assigned caseload and will be responsible for the successful integration of both the housing and employment goals of each client and ensure compliance with Win’s contractual requirements with outside Funders.
