Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Physical Therapist, • Discipline: Therapy, • Start Date: ASAP, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 8 hours, • Employment Type: Travel Position: Physical Therapist \nLocation: Tucson, Arizona \nContract Length: 36 weeks \nWeekly Compensation: Up to $55/Hr, based on experience \n\n Job Description: \nAs a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their physical goals by improving their mobility, strength, and overall function. You will assess students' physical abilities, create customized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to support their academic and physical success in the school environment. \n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t • Conduct physical assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, balance, strength, and range of motion.\n\t, • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ physical needs and goals.\n\t, • Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.\n\t, • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate physical therapy goals into the students’ daily activities and academic programs.\n\t, • Monitor student progress, adjusting therapy plans and techniques as needed to ensure the best outcomes.\n\t, • Assist in the development and implementation of adaptive equipment and modifications to support students in the classroom and other school settings.\n\t, • Educate students, teachers, and parents on strategies to maintain physical therapy progress and promote student independence.\n\t, • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and treatment goals.\n\t, • Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.\n\t, • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona.\n\t, • Experience working with children in an educational or pediatric setting is preferred.\n\t, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and families.\n\t, • Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to students' individual needs.\n\t, • Knowledge of IEP development and experience with related documentation is a plus.\n\t Benefits • Weekly pay, • Holiday Pay, • Guaranteed Hours, • Continuing Education, • 401k retirement plan, • Company provided housing options, • Cancelation protection, • Mileage reimbursement, • Referral bonus, • Employee assistance programs, • Medical benefits, • Dental benefits, • Vision benefits, • Benefits start day 1, • License and certification reimbursement
