Job Description General Description CUNY is embarked on multi-billion dollar and multi-year capital design and construction program at its 25 campuses. The Project Manager (PM) - Design, Construction and Management, as a member of the project management team in the Office of Facilities Planning, Construction, and Management (FPCM), plays a vital role in the successful implementation of this program. The service provides some of the most comprehensive and unique treatment modalities in the country, including specialty housing units for individuals with serious mental illness, a 24-hour on-call psychiatric service, robust creative arts programming, a strong DBT training program, clinics in each of the facilities, substance use treatment, integrated re- entry services, and relationships with multiple training institutions throughout the city. Responsibilities Under the supervision of a Senior/Supervising Psychiatrist in the Mental Health Service of CHS, this position requires the provision of high quality, team-based psychiatric services including psychopharmacologic interventions, for individuals incarcerated in the New York City jail system. Each of the facilities in the jail system has unique patient population and environmental characteristics; each psychiatric Physician’s Assistant will be matched with the population that most closely meets their clinical expertise and desired work location and schedule. Position Overview The Jewish Education Project seeks a strategic, organized, data-driven, and collaborative marketing professional to elevate the brand of The Center for Jewish-Inclusive Learning through amplification of the CJIL online Portal and CJIL ground initiatives. This person will help grow the identified market share of educators and educational leaders using CJIL resources and participating in CJIL and ecosystem initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Work collaboratively with the marketing consultant and the marketing and CJIL teams to execute a plan to build brand awareness for The Center for Jewish-Inclusive Learning., • Drive New York City Public Schools educators and other stakeholders to the CJIL online resource Portal and to participate in CJIL ground initiatives., • Develop and support iterative marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to increase stakeholder reach and engagement., • Track and ensure success of campaigns and other marketing efforts and maintain a fluent understanding of and ability to analyze associated data across the online Portal and other media channels., • Plan and execute in-house social media operations and email outreach., • Manage paid media campaigns including provider relationships., • Produce print and digital collateral for internal and external stakeholders; lead and execute marketing for CJIL event production., • Maintain current and relevant messaging about CJILon the CJIL educational portal., • Initiate and support strategic partnerships and press opportunities to promote CJIL’s work among target audiences., • Work closely with the data and development teams to update and maintain Salesforce and Pardot., • Serve as key liaison to vendors and contractors; manage invoices, contracts, and release forms.
