Job Description DATE: March 9th, 2026 STATUS: Full-time / Exempt REPORTS TO: Sr. Vice President of Project Management and Information Technology LOCATION: Corporate Building/Hybrid COMPENSATION: The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $85,000 - $120,000. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law. HOURS: 37.5 hours per week SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM (weekends as needed) Basic Functions This leadership role provides oversight of the Business Analyst team, including recruitment, training, mentorship, performance management, and ongoing operational support. The position ensures the team is equipped to effectively support the Credit Union’s technology environment while supporting staff development, continuity of operations, and strong internal service delivery. The Business Analyst team supports many of the Credit Union’s technology platforms, including digital banking, loan origination systems, card processing platforms, payment systems, and other third-party solutions. The team coordinates system updates, migrations, integrations, and replacements, while providing troubleshooting support, managing escalations, and ensuring timely and effective communication regarding system outages, upgrades, and technology-related service events. The role also manages key vendor relationships associated with these technology platforms. In addition, the position plays a central role in the Credit Union’s technology project implementation efforts by assigning Business Analysts as project core team members and project support resources. The role provides guidance and oversight to project teams, supports cross-departmental collaboration, and helps ensure adherence to project procedures to support successful delivery of technology initiatives. Essential Responsibilities Leadership / Organizational Administration • Direct and manage Business Analyst staff activities including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations while supporting employee development and continuity of operations., • Develop, train, and mentor both new and existing MTS Business Analysts., • Oversee Business Analyst troubleshooting and escalation support to ensure issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner., • Collaborate with Credit Union leaders to support staff coaching, development, and succession planning efforts., • Monitor Business Analyst supports tickets to ensure timely responses, proper documentation, and effective issue resolution., • Maintain working knowledge of Business Analyst responsibilities to ensure appropriate coverage, backup support, and informed decision-making., • Oversee Business Analyst support for the Credit Union’s Online and Mobile Banking platforms, ensuring reliable system performance and a strong member experience., • Coordinate vendor relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for system support, issue resolution, and platform enhancements., • Support system updates, feature releases, integrations, and configuration changes in coordination with internal teams and vendors., • Ensure timely communication and coordination related to system outages, maintenance windows, and service updates impacting members or employees., • Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance digital banking functionality, improve member usability, and support strategic digital initiatives., • Support technology operations, enhancements, and projects for third-party Credit Union systems including, but not limited to, Loan Origination Systems, Payment Systems, Credit and Debit Card Processing platforms, Automated Teller Machines, Core Banking systems, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 (including Teams, SharePoint, Bookings, and related productivity tools)., • Coordinate and support system releases, patches, hot fixes, configuration updates, feature enhancements, and other system improvements across supported platforms., • Support the planning and implementation of new technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, member experience, and organizational capabilities., • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and project teams to support the successful deployment of new systems, integrations, platform upgrades, and technology solutions., • Oversee Business Analyst involvement in technology initiatives including system configuration support, testing coordination, documentation, and operational readiness., • Support technology efforts related to mergers, system integrations, system replacements, and new platform implementations., • Ensure technology implementations are properly documented and communicated to impacted teams to support adoption and ongoing operational support., • Oversee the team responsible for maintaining the employee intranet (Basecamp), document management platform, and internal knowledge resources, including the AI-powered employee knowledgebase tool., • Support the development, organization, and accuracy of content within the AI knowledgebase to ensure employees can efficiently access policies, procedures, and operational guidance., • Ensure intranet and knowledgebase updates, enhancements, and content changes are completed accurately and in a timely manner., • Participate in special assignments and projects as requested by management., • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as requested., • Perform the duties of the Vice President of Information Technology Solutions during their absence as required.
