What You Will Do: We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team. As part of a small but mighty HR team, you will provide support across all areas of HR Operations while contributing to initiatives that help us scale effectively and deliver value to the business. DIRECTOR OF SCHOLARSHIPS & ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS Summary The Coordinator of Scholar Selection & Experience plays a pivotal role in supporting the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation’s scholarship administration and Scholar lifecycle programs. This position coordinates scholarship application workflows, manages communications with applicants and stakeholders, and ensures seamless database management for reporting. The Coordinator of Scholar Selection & Experience works collaboratively with internal teams to manage CRM & applicant databases, maintaining accurate records and supporting data-driven decision-making.
