We’re hiring experienced Lash Stylists / Lash Technicians for our brand-new location in Santa Clara Square Plaza — conveniently located near Whole Foods, Starbucks, Sephora, CorePower Yoga, and more! What We Offer: • Hourly pay + 100% of your tips, • Stylists average $1,500–$2,000/month in tips, • 10% commission on product & membership sales, • Flexible scheduling (within store hours: 10am–8pm), • Top-tier training including patented lash plate system & LED lash technology, • Support for health insurance through Covered California, • A clean, modern, ergonomic work environment, • Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required), • 1+ year experience as a Lash Stylist (Required), • Skilled in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash techniques, • Experience in lash lifts, brow laminations, tints, and waxing, • Passionate about beauty and lash artistry, • Strong customer service skills, • Certified in lash extensions (preferred), • Provide expert lash and brow services, • Create custom lash looks using proper techniques, • Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance, • Promote memberships, packages, and retail products, • Maintain a clean and professional work environment We’re committed to your success.
