Qualifications & Experience Required Qualifications • Minimum 1–3 years of culinary experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, private club, or hospitality environment., • Basic understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations., • Ability to follow recipes and production standards consistently., • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team., • Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in high-volume hospitality operations., • Culinary school training or formal culinary education., • Experience supporting catering, banquet, sports hospitality, or premium dining operations., • Knowledge of multiple cooking stations including grill, sauté, pantry, and production.
