JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, experienced, and detail-oriented Architectural/Construction Project Coordinator to support the Architectural Project Manager in the planning and execution of multiple retail construction projects across the U.S. and Canada. This role will support new store construction, pop-ups, remodels, relocations, and ongoing maintenance projects from early coordination through store opening. The Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day project tracking, documentation, communication, and coordination with HQ in Korea, local consultants, General Contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects remain aligned with schedule, scope, and brand standards. The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of construction site management and possess a strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals. This position reports directly to the Architectural Project Manager and is a key role within a growing architecture and construction team. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Coordination & Support: • Support the Architectural Project Manager in coordinating multiple active construction projects simultaneously., • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; flag risks or delays promptly., • Assist with preparation of weekly project updates, status reports, and documentation. Documentation & Permitting: • Organize and manage project documentation including drawings, submittals, RFIs, permits, and approvals., • Coordinate landlord and city submissions and track review comments and revisions., • Maintain accurate permit and approval logs for assigned projects., • Assist the PM in budget tracking. Vendor & Consultant Coordination: • Coordinate day-to-day communication with General Contractors, architects, engineers and vendors., • Track consultant schedule, deliverables, onboarding documentation, and compliance requirements., • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure project momentum and timely responses. Construction & Site Support: • Attend site meetings, site walks, and construction meetings as required., • Prepare meeting notes and collect site photos and progress updates., • Assist with coordination of deliveries, installations, inspections, and punch list activities. Logistics Coordination: • Coordinate logistics related to construction items shipped domestically and internationally., • Track shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and site delivery coordination with Contractors and vendors., • Communicate logistics updates and potential impacts to schedule with the Architectural Project Manager and logistics team. Maintenance & Operations Support: • Assist with coordination of maintenance and repair work at existing stores., • Track service requests, vendor responses, and resolution status., • Coordinate with third-party vendors and Contractors to resolve maintenance issues in a timely and cost-effective manner., • Support regular inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain store standards. Cross-Team Collaboration: • Support communication between U.S. teams and HQ design/space teams and other related teams., • Ensure project information is clearly documented, organized, and accessible., • Maintain orderly digital filing systems for all assigned projects., • Travel oversea as required to oversee the construction of new stores, pop-ups, remodels, etc. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field., • 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination, architectural coordination, preferably in the retail or commercial sector., • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail., • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Proven track record in coordinating maintenance and new construction projects., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suites., • Proficiency in project management software., • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements (building codes, permits, safety regulations)., • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously., • Experience with international projects and working with cross-functional teams., • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to job sites., • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (specifically to Canada) as required. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with retail or commercial construction projects., • Familiarity with permitting and landlord coordination processes., • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams., • Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus.
