The position is for 3, 12-hour shifts per week, operating from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates and infants in a high-acuity setting., • Manage a patient ratio that promotes optimal care and effective nursing intervention., • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy, to ensure quality patient outcomes., • Administer and manage arterial lines and central lines, perform blood draws, and provide care for feeding (bottle, breast, gavage)., • Current BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory., • 3-5 years of nursing experience, with a strong preference for experience in a NICU Level III/IV setting., • Proficient in EPIC charting system., • Ability to demonstrate skills in neonatal abstinence syndrome management, neonatal dosage calculations, and tube placements., • Orientation hours: 32, • Facility accepts first-time travelers., • Provided scrubs in blue color., • Health & Retirement Benefits: Day-1 access to extensive benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, and more., • Complimentary Onboarding: We cover your onboarding expenses including Physicals, TITERS, and other requirements.
