Key Responsibilities • Market Expansion: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality & food service industries, focusing on professional knife sharpening services., • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other food service establishments to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships., • Custom Solutions: Develop tailored knife sharpening programs that address the unique needs of each client while aligning with ZWILLING’s standards of excellence., • Cross Selling: Identify additional categories or sales opportunities to broaden the scope of products and/or services sold., • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, account management, and innovative solutions., • Team Collaboration: Partner with sharpening specialists and regional service managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction., • 3+ Years of proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or in a culinary position within the food service, hospitality, or related industry., • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels., • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals., • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently., • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record About ZWILLING J.A.
